KIRSTEN F. WILDER
Kirsten F. Wilder is a community organizer, policy strategist, and reform advocate with over nine years of experience in the Georgia criminal legal field. She currently serves as the Georgia State Organizer for REFORM Alliance and Director of the Georgia Safety Coalition, focusing on impacting Georgia’s parole and probation laws to encourage second chances.
Before stepping into her current roles, Kirsten made significant contributions as an Investigator in the Impact Litigation Unit at the Southern Center for Human Rights (SCHR), where she helped build and support federal class action lawsuits that challenged the prison and jail conditions in Georgia. She also played a key role as the Policy Manager for the Georgia House of Representatives Minority Caucus during the 2023 legislative session. Kirsten’s background includes extensive experience in both reform and political spaces.
Kirsten holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Studies certification from the University of Georgia. Her work continues to center on advocating for systemic change, amplifying the voices of those impacted by the criminal legal system, and protecting vulnerable populations.
